No.10/2014 dated 28.3.2014.

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 29.11.2016, stating that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, by enclosing the letter received from the petitioner, wherein the petitioner requested the counsel to withdraw the writ petition. A similar request is also made before this Court.
