ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 22(b), 25, 29(1) Page No.1 of 4

of NDPS Act in Crime No.372 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner and it is on the confession of the co-accused, the petitioner attempted to be arrested in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police opposed this petition claiming that the petitioner is a regular offender having two previous cases of similar nature. 4.Since the petitioner already involved in the offence of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
