This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.10.2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 06.10.2015 by post.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by Lakshmi, the opposite party, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.139/2015 and the same was closed. Similarly, the complaint dated 06.10.2015 given by the petitioner was also enquired into and the same has been closed.
