PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose off the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2017.

ORDER
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Government has issued orders in G.O.(4D) No.8 Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 31.07.2008 relaxing the rules in favour of the writ petitioner enabling the authorities to grant regularisation from the date of his initial appointment as Hospital worker. Though, the Government passed orders in favour of the writ petitioner, the authorities subordinates to the Government has not implemented the same and the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
subsequently retired from service and unable to get his full pensionary benefits. In this regard, he made a representation on 18.04.2017 to the respondents, but no order has been passed.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, the learned counsel submitted that it is suffice to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 18.04.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation dated 18.04.2017 along with copy of the order passed in this writ petition. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
