The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 354 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
