This application has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.11419 of 2020, dated 24.08.2020.

2. While granting bail to the petitioners, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the Chengalpet Police Station regularly until further Orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on oral instructions submitted that the petitioners are complying with the Order of this Court.

Having regard to the nature of allegations found in the petitions and that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thiruporur Police Station on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders.
