ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to pay compensation to the petitioners for a sum of Rs.25 lacs each to the petitioners for having made illegal admission to the petitioners in MBBS Course for the academic year 2018-12. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
The petitioners have passed their +2 examination and also wrote the NEET exam for admission to medical college in the year 201819. They were attending the counselling and the fourth respondent college called upon the petitioner and made admission on 31.08.2018 as per the merit list prepared by the second respondent viz., CENTAC. Thereafter, as per the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the
petitioner's admission was cancelled and their fees were also refunded. Now the petitioners filed this writ petition seeking damages for wasting one year of their study.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioners are at liberty to claim before the Admission Scrutiny Committee of the second respondent for seeking damages as against the fourth respondent.
