Respondents in Crl.O.P's COMMON PRAYER: These Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners and also direct the second respondent to return letter which was forcibly get from the petitioners by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent police is continuously harassing the petitioners to give a complaint against one Mohan Babu. He would further submit that petitioners are neither the complainant nor the accused. Hence, he seeks direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners being the investors, they have been asked to come to the police station. However, they are not harassing the petitioners.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
5. In such view of the matter, since the petitioners are neither the complainant nor the accused, the respondents police cannot repeatedly ask the petitioners to come to the police station. However, if the petitioners want to pursue their remedy, they can come to the police station otherwise the respondents police shall not repeatedly call them.
6. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand closed.
