W.M.P.No.17046 of 2020 W.M.P.No.17046 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 190 days in filing the Review Application.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the petitioner is a senior citizen and suffering from ailments relating to age. It had been stated that on 07.02.2020 when the writ petition was taken up, the counsel was unable to reach the Court at the time of hearing and it was stated that the said order requires to be reviewed. It had been stated that Covid - 19 situation has emerged and therefore the petitioner was not able to give necessary instructions to the counsel. There had been a delay in filing the Review Application.

3. Heard, Mr.Raghavalu, learned counsel for the respondent.
