ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register an F.I.R based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.11.2015 received by the respondent police in No.311/CSR/G7/L&O/2015.

2. The case of the petitioner is that due to property dispute, one Malliappan and his son Rajasekar along with rowdies, in a drunken state, scolded her and her husband with filthy language and threatened them with dire consequence. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 14.11.2015 and the respondent issued CSR No.311/CSR/G7PS/L&O/2015. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that there is a property dispute between the parties and the counter petitioner has also given a complaint with the respondent police and the same was assigned CSR number as CSR No.294 of 2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.11.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as CSR No.311/CSR/ G7PS/L&O/2015 and the complaint lodged by the counter petitioner was assigned CSR number as CSR No.294 of 2015, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry in both the CSRs and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
