(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Special Committee of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to consider the representation of the petitioner for making provision for voting for none of the candidates, by insertion of a column in the ballot paper - NOTA (None of the above).
