The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.03.2024, registered for the offences under Section 66(E), 67(B) of IT Act,2000 and 14(1),15 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.23 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate stated that there was a proposal pending to detain the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner was detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
