ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass them in the guise of inquiry and insisting them to pay the alleged amount due to the de-facto complainant. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was assigned C.S.R.No.828 of 2015 and during the course of enquiry, petitioners were also called for by the respondent police and thereafter, the petitioners withdrew the complaint and absolutely there is no harassment. Therefore, it is in-correct to state that the respondents police are harassing the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, based on the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
