(CR.NO.112 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the bail condition imposed in para No.5 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12840 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.DINESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners herein/A2 & A4 by an order dated 07.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12840 of 2022 i.e. " the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) (each) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur, Salem District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) (each) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur, Salem District, in so far as the present petitioners/A2 & A4 are concerned.
