ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandaram, (FTMC), Tiruppur in E.C.M.P.No.255 of 2024 on 22.04.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandaram, (FTMC), Tiruppur in E.C.M.P.No.255 of 2024 on 22.04.2024 with a condition that "the petitioner/accused is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two blood sureties each for a like sum along with solvency certificate to the satisfaction of the Court". He further submitted that, the petitioner is originally from Bihar and he has neither blood relatives nor any of his relatives residing in the State, therefore, he could not provide blood sureties. Thus, he seeks modification of blood sureties to normal sureties to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandaram, (FTMC), Tiruppur. 2/4

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandaram, (FTMC), Tiruppur in E.C.M.P.No.255 of 2024 on 22.04.2024, is modified as follows and the other conditions remains unaltered.

"The petitioner / accused is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two normal sureties for a like sum along with solvency certificate to the satisfaction of this Court ".
