The present writ petition has been filed challenging the award of tender in favour of the fifth respondent.

2. The issue pertains to the award of tender in the year 2011. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the tender period was already over and therefore, nothing survives for consideration as on today.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
