2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has expired, pending the writ petition. Furthermore, the learned counsel submitted that the impugned order is an order of transfer.
3. Since the petitioner had died, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
