2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank requested this Court to pass an order, based on the memo filed by the respondent Bank.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner had some objections regarding the same.

4. In view of this controversy, the issue that has been raised in the memo has to be gone into. Hence, the common order passed in these writ petitions on 06.06.2025 is hereby recalled and there shall be a direction to post these writ petitions "for final hearing" on 19.06.2025.
