WMP.No. 18677 of 2021 in W.P.No. 24618 of 2008 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein as proposed 16th respondent in the writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present Miscellaneous petition is filed on the ground that the 13th respondent is the husband of the proposed 16th respondent. Since the 13th respondent passed away, the present petition is filed in the interest of the proposed 16th respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties have not raised any objections to allow the petition.

In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause title and list the writ petition on 13.12.2021.
