This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to provide police protection for the completion of the construction of the petitioners M/s Shri Mandira Giri Moorthy Poultry Farm and for the smooth functioning of the Farm situated in Survey No.286/2A part, J.Krishnapuram Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties and conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
