Krishnan @ Chinni Krishnan Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment in Survey No.315/4, Government poramboke - Anadheenam land, measuring an extent of 0.14.0 hectare i.e., 0.35 cents situate at Keizhmudalambedu Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, from the eighth respondent.

therefore, he has instructions from the writ petitioner to withdraw the captioned WP. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP stands disposed of as withdrawn/closed.
