These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 3724 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant, (b) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant and (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant in the main second appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
