ORDER

Placing reliance upon the decision taken for the previous year i.e., 2012-2013, the petitioner's Association made a representation dated 17.08.2015 to the respondents for extension of time to enable admission of students to the Industrial Training. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
