When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that since in the quash proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.19054 of 2023, it is recorded that based upon the statement given by the Investigating Officer, the petitioner/4th accused is dropped from the further proceedings.
