This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct an investigation and register the FIRST INFORMATION REPORT based on the complaint dated 20.07.2016 made by the Petitioner to the respondents and to file a final report within a period stipulated.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 11.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
