Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
