ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in RCS No.6 of 2015 in Crime No.11 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari at the earliest.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioners/ accused nos.1 and 2 that though the notice on the Referred Charge Sheet was served on the defacto complainant on 17.11.2015, till date the respondent has not filed the Referred Charge Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari. Hence, this petition. 3.I heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to file the Referred Charge Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
