After arguing the matter for a considerable length of time and when the Public Prosecutor took us to the evidences leading to conviction, the learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Considering the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
