ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to ''Not to harass'' the petitioners based on the complaint lodged by Mr.Karuppiah the defacto complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the counter party one Mr.Karuppiah and he was issued C.S.R.No.410 of 2020. The enquiry was conducted and closed on 16.09.2020. Thereafter, no complaint as against the petitioners. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
