ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry to dispose the application filed under 156(3) of Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No.(SR).No.690 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that since 2020 the application filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C to register the case is pending before the Trial Court and it is also stated by the learned counsel that the application has not been numbered yet.

4. Such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the application in Crl.M.P.No.(SR).No.690 of 2020 as per law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
