ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 22.05.2015 to the respondents stating that the property bearing No.162, Melkodungallur Village, situated in Survey No.11/3 C measuring an extent of 0.01.5 ares belongs to him and the said property has been used as a road by the second respondent without the permission of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted that either the encroachment will have to be removed or adequate compensation will have to be paid. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
