W.M.P.No.23615 of 2026 in W.P.No.7830 of 2022 HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the pleadings, grounds and prayer portion of the writ petition and affidavit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent error in the pleadings, grounds and prayer portion of the affidavit, the same may be amended as it is nothing but a typographical error. He further submits that if the amendment petition is ordered, the nature of the writ petition will not change and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary and consequential amendments in the case file.

5. Post W.P.Nos.7827 and 7830 of 2022 on 15.07.2026.
