O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is a direction to the 2nd respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained at H2 Guduvancheri Police Station, Kanchipuram District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.05.2019 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law and inform the result to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, till the disposal of the said representation, the respondents may be directed not to harass the petitioner. 6.Considering the said submission, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner till the disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioner.
