This petition is filed to condone the delay of 257 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is only 257 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 257 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.

Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and post it for admission at the earliest.
