ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to correct the FMB sketch relating to the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.10.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner's representation has been acted upon by the 3rd respondent, who has also conducted enquiry. However, till date, no final orders have been passed by the 3rd respondent on the petitioner's representation seeking correction of FMB sketch.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation as stated supra, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.10.2024 seeking correction of FMB sketch for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve
