ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 31.10.2015 in CSR No.686 of 2015 and further to carry out the investigation according to law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 30.10.2015 as against the Country Vacation Club at T.Nagar on the allegation of cheating. On receipt of the said complaint, the respondent police has assigned CSR number as CSR No.686 of 2015. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30.10.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.686 of 2015, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.686 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
