Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.38610 of 2005 dated 30.11.2005 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied

with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Government of Tamil Nadu, Housing and Urban Development Department, Chennai, in Letter No.18429/UD3(1)/ 2011-3 dated 18.09.2014, to that effect.

3.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
