Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathak, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct survey of his land of an extent of 3.441⁄2 acres situated in Survey Nos.865/1 and 881/4, Nanthavanampalayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District based on his online application No.2024/0123/32/000719 dated 02.04.2024.
3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the online application of the petitioner dated 02.04.2024 has been received and that survey would be conducted within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
4. Recording the above statement, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct the survey based on the application dated 02.04.2024, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
