The present petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police, to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2014.
2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against one Muralidharan on the allegation of land grabbing. Since no action was taken by the 3rd respondent, the present petition has been fled.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the statement given by the counter petitioner before the 3rd respondent stating that they would resolve the dispute among themselves. He further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that based on the above statement, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed.
4. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
