Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notices No.Dn 192/011/2017 dated 13.06.2017 and its consequential Notice No.Dn 192/011/2017 dated 04.07.2017, to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents herein to entertain the fresh approval application of the petitioner's residential building, which is situated at Plot No.2, Ruby Complex Extension, Neelangarai, Chennai - 115, contemplated under Rule 4 of the Tamil Nadu Assesment and Collection of Amount for Exemption of the Building Rules, 2017. O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan, J.,) Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file a Special Revision under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, before the Secretary to Government, Tamil Nadu Housing and Urban Development Department, Chennai. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.

2. In view of the said submission and endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
