Both these Civil Miscellaneous Applications have been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant V.Shanthakumari, as the appellants 2, 3, 4 & 5. 2.It is stated that the said appellant died during the pendency of the Second Appeal necessitating, legal representatives to be brought on record. 3.It is also seen that the Second Appeals had been admitted and substantial questions of law had been framed. The learned counsel for the appellant states that it would only be appropriate that the appellants are provided an opportunity to putforth their case.

4. Taking into consideration that substantial questions of law arise to address in the Second Appeals, I would allow these two Civil Miscellaneous Applications.
