The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to pay the balance salary of Rs.53,527/- for the months of May to August, 2020 to the petitioner herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 08.08.2020 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made made clear that if the representation is not available in the first respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
