O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for laying the boundary stones.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents have fixed the date of survey on 20.10.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all relevant documents.

3. Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondents have already fixed a date for survey, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the process strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
