2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 30.07.2008 has been complied with and also to support his contention he has produced a copy of the compliance in G.O. epiy ( ).No.199, dated 17.09.2008.
