This petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title given in the above AS SR No.64457 of 2026 filed against the judgment and decree dated 18.11.2025 passed in OS No.413 of 2019 on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Udumalpet.

2.It is contended that the sole defendant died after the decree was passed. Now his legal heirs has come forward to file the appeal.

3.Cause title is accepted. Registry to proceed further and number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
