Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari by way of calling for the records relating to letter bearing No.K5/8493/2009, dated 08.10.2009 of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

ORDER
The allotment of the shop No.F-093 in Block No.F at Fruit Market Phase-II made in favour of the 3rd respondent at Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex is challenged by the petitioner in this writ petition.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 that the allotment of shops made under discretionary quota, was set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1779 of 2013, dated 15.12.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. It is further submitted that since the petitioner was also allotted a shop under discretionary quota, the judgment of the Division Bench would squarely apply to the petitioner.
4. In the light of the above facts, I do not find any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
