of Rs.10,000/- as one of compensation of Rs.9,72,000/-. Crl.R.C.No.1164 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the order dated 29.07.2020 made in Crl.A.No.30 of 2019 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Ranipet reversing the order of conviction dated 05.03.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate - II, Walajapet in so far as modifying the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- as one of compensation of Rs.9,72,000/-. 3.
The matter was referred to mediation by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2022. Consequence to the mediation, the parties have arrived at settlement vide settlement agreement dated 24.02.2023. 4.
As per the terms of settlement, the petitioner Raja Pandian has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards full quit and 2/4
settlement over the dispute. Accordingly, the entire amount has been paid in four instalments. As far as the respondent G.Palani has agreed to hand over the documents which was in possession and accordingly he had handed over all those documents and the parties have signed in the settlement agreement on 24.02.2023 in the presence of their respective counsels.

In the light of the above fact, these Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of by compounding the offences in S.T.C.No.55 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Walajapet. 30.03.2023 Internet : Yes/No Index: Yes/No Lpp To
