Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.T.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate [Coop.] appearing for the 1st respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to consider the representation dated 24.08.2015 in which it is alleged that the 2nd respondent is a defaulter and therefore, disqualified from holding the office of the Director of the said Society. The elections which were conducted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
02.02.2015, in which the 2nd respondent was elected as a Director was subject to the result of the writ petition in WP.No.2055/2015. The said writ petition was disposed giving certain directions.
However, in the instant case, the allegation is that the 2nd respondent is a defaulter and the representation is now pending before the 1st respondent. 3.
Learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that reasonable time may be granted to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 24.08.2015. 4.
In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the allege made by the petitioner as against the 2nd respondent, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated --- after notice to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the orders are passed on the representation, the 2nd respondent shall not be permitted to take charge as a Director of the said Society.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
