Respondents Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 and2 to take over the lands comprised in S.No. 779/1 779/3 780/3 and 781 to the extent of 14 Acres and 08 Cents situated in Neidavoyal Village Ponneri Taluk Tiruvallur District Covered by T.D.Nos. 1116 and 393 originally classified in Revision Survey ReSettlement Land Register as Manager for the time being for the support of watershed during Government Inam Settlement Scheme in the year 1912 from the 4th Respondent and recover the lands illegally sold/leased to 3rd parties and take action against the 3rd and 4th Respondents upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.3.2015.
