This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in CC No. 1038 of 2023 on the file of learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of 207 grams of Cocaine. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
